The Innovation Program, based on the book by Robert Rosenfeld, Making the Invisible Visible: The Human Principles for Sustaining Innovation, will give an overview of the human principles, policies, and processes required to sustain innovation within their companies. This Innovation Program will prove to be a valuable learning experience for those truly passionate about advancing their organizations and themselves into the elite realm of being true innovation leaders.

The Making the Invisible Visible 2-day workshop (MTIV) will cover a variety of subjects including:
